Our People
Jonathan commenced his employment with Fletcher Homes in 1995 as Materials and Sub Contracts Manager. Jonathan has a wealth of experience within the construction industry following completion of his HND in Building Studies at Wolverhampton University.
He was promoted to Construction Manager in 1998, Construction Director 2001 and Managing Director 2006. Over the past few years Jonathan is proud to have successfully guided Fletcher Homes through to achieve Investors in People status and move with the fast growth of Fletcher Homes within the Benfield Group.
Since commencing employment Jonathan has completed many courses including Dip H.E in Quantity Surveying and is currently completing NVQ level 5 in Contracts Management.
Petra joined Fletcher Homes in 1994 as Receptionist.
Over the following years Petra's role was expanded to assist the Sales Director and was promoted to Sales Co-ordinator in 2000.
Petra's enthusiasm and considerable knowledge in the area of sales and marketing was rewarded in 2004 when she was promoted to the position of Sales Manager giving her the responsibility of overseeing all our Sales Consultants, organising sales events and marketing.
William gained an ONC in Building Studies in 1989 and HNC shortly afterwards both at Shrewsbury Technical College.
He has since worked for two other local developers as a Quantity Surveyor and spent several years working in the DIY retail sector and also for the National Trust caring for and managing the opening of an historic house.
Before joining Fletcher Homes in 2006 he taught English in a Spanish primary school and continues to help Spanish students in his spare time.
William has recently graduated with an honours degree in Heritage Management and Spanish and uses this to make a positive contribution to all aspects of Fletcher Homes' work.
He is currently spearheading Fletcher's campaign to have a 100% CSCS certificated workforce in addition to keeping a tight leash on sub-contractors!
Dave joined Fletcher Homes in 1997 as Forklift Driver and through hard work and training courses, he progressed to Site Manager in 1998.
Dave is currently working on our new prestigious St Julian's Friars development in Shrewsbury and has also completed the following developments; Castle Oaks (Whittington) 2001 winning a converted NHBC top 100 award and Oswestry Civic Society Award, Burlton Paddocks (Burlton), Bramblewood (Chirk Bank), Churchfields (St Martins), Abbeydale, Priors Court, The Paddocks and Berrington Green (Shrewsbury).
In 2006 Dave became one of the country's first 150 Site Managers to pass the NHBC Accreditation Scheme by completing his NVQ Level 4 in Site Management.
Dave is a supporter of Shrewsbury Town and recently gained his first football coaching badge.
