Fletcher Homes’ reputation for build quality has been established over 70 years of consistently high levels of construction.

Our name is renowned throughout our region for building high quality homes and it’s not uncommon to see re-sale homes proudly mentioning the property was originally built by Fletcher Homes.

We’ve also been long time supporters of raising standards in the construction process. We take part in the ‘Investors’ in People’ initiative and also support NHBC Pride in the Job and Considerate Constructors initiatives, for which we’ve won a number of awards.
