We have a fantastic apprenticeship scheme at Fletcher Homes and currently have five apprentices working as part of our team. Each one of our apprentices works to a high standard to maintain our valuable reputation.

Chloe Richards – Admin Apprentice
Chloe recently joined Fletchers this year (2018) as Admin Assistant where she assists all members of staff with day to day duties and also assists with reception tasks.

Taylor Lewis – Bricklayer Apprentice
Taylor is training as a Bricklayer at our Kynaston Place development in Ellesmere where she will be working with her father.
