On moving day, we’ll provide you with a Home Information Pack which gives you all the important information you need about your new home to keep it running. From operational manuals to use your plumbing and heating system, how to use your kitchen appliances* and other features of your new home. We’ll also include handy tips and advice, including steps to follow to ensure your new build home stabilises correctly during the first 12 months post-build.

In the event you have any problems with your home after move-in, please contact our After Sales Care team with details of your problem and we’ll do their best to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the event your issue pertains to any appliances that have been sold to you with your home, please refer to the informational booklet you have received and contact the described manufacturer. All appliances sold with our homes come with a warranty for 12 months. Any issues with the structure of your home are covered within the 10-year NHBC warranty we provide with all Fletcher Homes properties.
You will find details of the process to follow for any structural issues within your Home Information Pack. We make it a priority to respond to all queries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner but understand that there may be times that you are not completely satisfied. We aim to acknowledge all complaints or issues within 2 working days and aim to respond to you, fully, within 7 working days with detailed steps of how we are working towards fully resolving your issue.
