Job Vacancy – New Home Sales Consultant

Pay: £18 Per Hour
Job Type: Part-time – Fri – Mon, 11-4pm (20hrs)
Location: Leintwardine, Shropshire, SY7 0LP (In Person)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the home purchasing process, showcasing our properties, and providing customer service. Your ability to build relationships and understand purchaser needs will be crucial in helping them find their dream home.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective purchasers to understand their needs.
- Highlight key features and benefits of each home.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market, property availability, and available incentives.
- Assist purchasers with the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with purchasers and visitors to encourage referrals.
- Attend on-site sales meetings.
- Liaise with the Site Management team.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills .
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferable, but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Commission will also be payable upon each contracted reservation.
