Carole has worked with Fletcher Homes for many years, bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. Carole holds a number of qualifications, including:

• Customer Care Course
• NHBC Course
• First Aid Course
• Technical Drawings Course
• Consumer Code of Practice Course
• Property Misdescription Course

She has experience of both on site and field training for various developers within the county. Within her current role supporting Fletcher Homes, Carole meets with purchasers across our developments, taking them from their initial enquiry and reservation of a home through to legal completion.

What Carole loves best about working with Fletcher Homes, is that no two days are the same. The whole team are approachable, knowledge, professional and on hand whenever needed. With an amazing workforce and environment, Carole feels it’s an absolute pleasure to hand over homes to their new owners, safe in the knowledge they will have many happy years ahead of them in their new Fletcher home.
