Leading Shropshire homes developer, Fletcher Homes, has appointed a new Architectural
Technician to join their growing team.

Jim Francis joined the team in October 2018, with his role dedicated to supporting

development home building process.

With two years’ experience as a qualified carpenter and expertise in design consultancy for
B & Q and Bathstore – Jim has the perfect skill set to assist with the build of new homes at
Fletcher Homes.
Jim commented on his new position: “I’m thrilled to be working with Fletcher Homes,
alongside an amazingly talented team of people.

“My role comes with a number of new and proactive responsibilities that will give me the opportunities to learn new skills whilst putting the skills I already have into good use.”

Alongside his new role, Jim is also working towards a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in
building studies.

Andy Beeston, Technical Manager added: “Having Jim on board the team is fantastic! He is
an extremely talented addition to the team and he has a vast number of skills, qualifications
